Fall 2009 Textbook Refund Dates
Fall textbooks rented or purchased after June 1st must be
returned, with receipt, in the condition that they were purchased, by
the last day of the second week of classes to be eligible for a full
refund.
Textbook
sales are final after the second week of classes. Used books cannot be
returned after that date. New books can be returned with a Drop/Add
slip with proper signature for a 50% refund during the third week, and
a 25% refund during the fourth week. After this time, there will be no
refund on any books.
Textbooks purchased during the semester must be returned within three business days to be eligible for refund.
Digital Textbooks
eBooks are currently unavailable for purchase.
Digital textbooks (eBooks) can be purchased in store or online. A non-activated
eBook must be returned, with receipt, no later than the
textbook refund dates listed above. Once an eBook has been activated
at DigitalTextbooks.com it is no longer returnable. For a refund on a
non-activated eBook purchased online, please call our textbook

Rented Textbooks
In order to receive a refund for a rented textbook, they must be presented with receipt by the dates listed above.
Merchandise
All merchandise items must be returned within 30 days with receipt to receive refund. Clothing items must be un-worn and un-washed, with all original tags.
All Other Purchased Items
All other items must be returned in original, resalable condition within one week of purchase. Any books or packages that are plastic wrapped cannot be returned if they have been opened.
